2015 31DC2015 - Day 18; Half moons in black and neon green + negative space, matte version

I've already posted the shiny version of this mani, so here comes the matte version. See the original post for more info. Basically this is inspired by Just1nail.

Is matte or shiny best for this nail art in your opinion? :)
