Islamabad: Pakistan Medical And Dental Council (PMDC) has increased the admission seats in seven medical colleges of the health department in Punjab.
This decision came with a form when heads of these medical colleges would not increase any number of seats in the coming future of their own.
It was also reported that these seven medical colleges have extended their admission seats on their own for ongoing education session 2013-14. However, the college management has submitted the annual registering documents to PMDC but the council has refused to acknowledge augmented seats. The objection rejected at that time remained 'no prior consent sought in this regard'.
