- Roberto Gomez Bolanos (Chespirito), the iconic comedian of Mexico, died on 28th November 2014 at the age of 85. He wrote many more television episodes and theatre productions.
- On 27th November 2014, Phyllis Dorothy James from Britain, died. She was known for her series of detective novels. She was awarded with Diamond Dagger Award in the year 1987 and she was also received the Medal of Honour for Literature in the year 2005.

- India signed MoU for cooperation in Oil and Gas Sector with Mozambique on 28th November 2014 for the next five years.
