A Manufacturing Industry listed on Karachi & Islamabad Stock Exchanges, looking for energetic and motivated professional for the following position based in Islamabad.1. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER/ MANAGER FINANCE
To Formulate/ review financial and accounting policies and procedures with a view to achieve operational efficiecy, transparency and accountability. To prepare budgets for approval form the CEO/ BOD and cost control management & recoveries. To handle all tax Matters. to ensure preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with requirement of Companies Ordinance, 1984 and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
QUALIFICATION:
Qualified Chartered Accountant/ Cost & Management Accountant/ ACCA
EXPERIENCE:
At least 7-8 year experience in financial management in a sizable corporate organization.
