Respondents that is Mr N.A Shamsi (A.S.G) didn't appear on the behalf of Union of India. Although petitioner Mr Arjun Kumar was present.
Patna High Court gave one week time to Union of India to respond failing which the petition as against the concerned respondents shall stand rejected without reference to the bench.
Bench of Samarendra Pratap Singh stated that this matter should be part of ‘Admission-II’ list notice. Now it is clear that notification for second round of allotment for IBPS PO III will be out soon. As per my information it is 15 August (I am not sure about exact date)
