  •  K.V. Chowdary appointed as new Chairman of CBDT (Central Board of Direct Taxes) succeeded by R.K. Tewari. The appointment of the Chairman of CBDT was confirmedby Appointments Committee of Cabinet which Committee headed by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
  • Sriram Vedire, the National Convener of Water Management Cell of Bhartiya Janta Party wrote a book namely Gujarat’s success story in Water Management mentioning that the water resources are well utilized resources to achieve the development of any State or any Country.
  • The State of Telangana notified for the State Public Service Commission according to the Article 315 of the Constitution and Section 83(2) of Andhra Pradesh Re-Organization Act, 2014.

  • The “Federal Act on International Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters” amended by the Government of Switzerland to exchange the information with other countries regarding the black money. This amendment was the demand of time because more and more black money was depositing in Swiss Banks.
