10 Tips to score more in IBPS Exams

Today I am going to share few important tips that will help you to crack IBPS PO and Clerk exams.

During exam preparations

  • Give adequate time to English section. Most of you might have spent major chunk of their time to prepare for Quantitative aptitude section. Nobody bothers about English language. English language takes few days to prepare. You need practice each and every question type.            
  • Take at least 5 full length online tests.
  • Do a SWOT analysis and work on your weak section. Many students skip reading comprehension and sentence arrangement questions. This is a blunder. Never do this rather work hard on your weak sections.
  • Choose right kind of study material. Right now most of the material is outdated in the market.
  • Take few speed tests for every chapter
  • Track your performance
  • Take help of your friends
  • Never rely on your teacher, study with your own speed.

During exam

  • Give adequate time to all the sections. Recommended time allotment -
    1) Quantitative aptitude - 35 mins
    2 Reasoning - 35 min
    3) English language - 30 mins
    4 General awareness and Computers - 20 mins
  • Never stick to a single question set. Paper setter intentionally sets a very difficult question set in the beginning of paper to test the confidence level of candidates
  • Attempt last question first. Normally questions at last are relatively easier.
  • Never try to solve a question which you have never seen before.
