OMV (Pakistan) Exploration GmbH, with its head office in Islamabad, is a subsidiary of OMV AG. The Company has an active exploration program and is producing oil & gas from its Miano, Sawan, Rehmat and Mehar gas fields in Sindh province.
We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following Islamabad based positions.

Senior Accountant
Profile: Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant from a reputed Accountancy Body; relevant professional experience of 3 to 5 years having good understanding of E&P business operations. Person shall have a thorough knowledge of local taxation laws, accounting and IFRS as well as good understanding ERP system functionalities. Position shall be responsible for Joint Venture Accounting, accounts payable including matters related to Sales Tax associated to good and services procured by the company as well as the data required for the Sales Tax returns. Responsible for preparation and submission of Income tax returns within due time and compliance with provisions of Income Tax laws related to payments to suppliers. Preparation of annual accounts of all operated joint Ventures. Focal person for Financial matters for the JV Accounts and JV Partner audits.
