| Account Officer Responsibilities • Responsible of complete day to day transactions • Prepare income statement • Prepare balance sheet • Reconcile the general ledger • Book keeping and reconcile daily sales report • Maintain financial files and records • Manage all the filings, storage and security of documents • Respond to inquiries • Responsible for other administrative tasks given by Manager Skills & Competencies • Positive Attitude • Excellent Oral and Written Communication • Customer Focus & Customer Service Qualification & Experience • Minimum B.Com/Graduate • 3 to 4 years experience in a garments as a sales coordinator/accountant • Basic bookkeeping and computerized accounting awareness • Experience in a sales outlets will be treated as plus point | |
