The Production Assistants role will involve a wide range of duties and previous experience in the construction industry is an advantage. The successful applicant will be working closely with the Production Manager and contractors at Genius Homes.
Production & Logistics Duties
• Cleaning up and ensuring an efficient and safe work place and yard
• Health & safety checking and enforcing
• Scaffolding control and set up
• Stock control of all materials and components
• Supply & logistics for production line
Skills & Requirements
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Show initiative, dedication and loyalty
• Be punctual and manage time efficiently
• Assisting with work flow and efficiency of the production line
• Ability to deliver on-time reports to managers
• High level of personal time management
• Take on responsibility in the best interest of the company
• Forklift licence required
It will go without saying that you are an excellent communicator and have sound problem solving skills. Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are desirable.
