| Preventive and Planned outages, Make yearly maintenance planning , spares and resources management and its forecasting, making schedules, ensure Preventive Maintenance plan compliance. Breakdown (reactive) maintenance; spares and resource management, responsible for Root Cause analysis (RCA) on standardized format. Candidate should have experience of CCPP, preferably with GE Frame 9 machines. Incumbent should have experience of working on Large Generators (120 MW) / MV and HV Switchgears / MV and HV Transformers Candidate must also have experience of Mark VI / Ovation DCS/ Triconincs ESD / field Instrumentation Monitoring and compliance of planned maintenance activities Make Electrical / Instrumentation budget, annual corporate plan. Ensure proper monitoring, conduct variance analysis, attend stewardship meetings. Responsible for training and development of the team. Conduct TNA, for management and Non mgmt. Make two years plan and ensure people attend it. Ensure compliance of TNA. Implementation of EPQL safe work practices to ensure noun safe acts take place for own or contract manpower. Conversant with applicable portions of PSRM, PSM & OHIH and be responsible for compliance in section. Candidate should be well versed with PPA with WAPDA | |
