• Asset, liability, revenues, expense and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documentation and filling of all financial data.
• Establishing appropriate audit trail for all financial transactions.
• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
• Period end reconciliations for banks, receivable and payable accounts.
• Ensuring safety of financial information through regular backups.
• Preparation of payments by verifying documentation.
• Preparation of Request for Quotations and Purchase Orders.
• Compliance with Company’s internal financial policies and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
• Maintains client/ supplier confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
