Gallo Images is looking to fill the role of Sports Administrator
Gallo Images (Pty) Ltd is the leading supplier of still and moving images in sub-Saharan Africa and Poland. It is a dynamic, fast growing organisation that has grown rapidly and continues to grow year on year.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities of the Gallo Images Sports Administrator is to assist our Sports Activation Specialist and Gallo Images COO with daily administration including, quoting, customer downloads, image searches and event photography management. This person will be required to work largely inbound with a strong focus on communication, customer satisfaction and administration.
Requirements
• Computer literacy skills to include:

 Internet functionality, MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop image retouching skills, general computer functionalities, Apple Mac competency, Quick time and any other film related software.
• A interest and knowledge in photography and film is essential
• A good understanding of technology including websites development and social media
• It is essential that the candidate has a keen interest and understanding of all sports.
• Competent keyboard/typing skills are vital
• Completely team focused
• Good communication skills
Effective Time Management
• High standard of both written and verbal communication in English
• Attention to detail and a good understanding of numbers
• Results driven
• Works well under pressure & able to meet strict project deadlines
• Initiative is essential
• Able to manage many projects at once
• Professional attitude to colleagues, personal appearance and work area

• Attention to detail and strong administration abilities
