Service Desk officer will respond to global customer (Telenor Employees) queries, Complaints and suggestions related to Finance work and create good image of Finance Global Support team by ensuring excellent customer services.

Education:
Bachelors in Computer Science/ Masters (optional)
Education in Finance and Accounting

Certification(s):
Oracle (Preferred)

Work experience:
Finance and Procurement
Microsoft Office
Customer Services
Potential Career Path:     Team Leader with Service Desk Agent experience and excelled Global Customer Services experience

Your typical day at work:    
Quality of communication and coordination with team and stakeholders on different issues and problems.
On time and accurate preparation and delivery of different statistical reports and summaries as per need & requirement.
On time progress/delivery against all assignments and projects.
Successful implementation of all modules and systems that satisfy customer business needs and requirements.
Full compliance of Telenor policies, processes and standards
Work in shifts between the service window of 0300 CET to 1700 CET, as per the service level agreement with the customer. The service window may change if the SLA changes.
To perform duties during public holidays and off days if required.
