| Major tasks: • Check randomly Goods received after GR department and ensure and monitor its transfer to GR storage. • Check all bulk sales to ensure quantity, quality and compatibility with the invoice after check out cleared the sale. • Ensure proper bar-coding and tagging of goods. • Carry out inventory surveillance and surprise checks using GMS and PDT. • Check and monitor all customer returns and ensure its proper implementation. • Check, enforce and implement internal consumption at the store. • Monitor and check Waste disposal. • Randomly monitor and check F & V, Dairy and any other receiving. • Ensure Asset protection and all responsibilities related to security function. • Responsible for ensuring store protection against, vandalism, wilful damage to corporate property. To carry out any instructions/task given by the line manager and/or seniors Communication: • Communication with all the internal stakeholders regardless of level meanwhile keeping the line management in the loop. | |
