- Assist in on boarding process of newly inducted staff
- Support in the online candidate interaction management through multiple channels
- Search for passive candidates for the available position or future requirements
- Respond proactively to candidate’s quires and creating positive talent stream for present & future opportunities
- Post the job on recruitment portals promote them on social media and maintain liaison with placement centers
- Perform initial screening of online applications, conduct telephonic interviews & arrange coordinate in interviews
- Engage departments for line interviews and ensure the compliance of assessment recommendations
