Responsibilities:
•Assess investment opportunity through company due diligence exercise, fixed assets appraisal, market, P&L and BS financial analysis
•Evaluate business opportunities and participate in strategic acquisition and merger including project analysis, evaluation and negotiation in accordance with the Company’s objectives
•Develop and implement feasibility study for new business development in Construction Materials Division
•Analyze statistical data to help in business development plan
•Prepare and assist in drafting investment proposals for business development
•Provide documentation assistance on production of materials from conceptualization to execution and be aware of market developments and business opportunities
•Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
•University graduate in Finance or Accounting, qualified CFA preferred
•Relevant experience in planning and analysis with exposure in the PRC environment, prior working experience with big four accounting firms or corporate finance institutions an advantage
•Good at numbers and competent in using statistical tools, report writing and presentations
•Independent, self-driven and assertive
•Mature with strong analytical mind and business acumen
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with external and internal professionals across levels, including top management
•Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and spoken Putonghua
