Legal Advisor Jobs in PPHI Sindh in- Karachi

PPHI Sindh a company registered under section 42 of companies’ ordinance 1984 urgently requires a legal advisor to represent/ defend it o various legal matters, which include but are not limited to:

    Employee service matters & terminal benefits.
    Legal advice on rules, regulations & policies framing/ implementation etc.
    Protect interest of the company on account of conflict of interest/ procurement/ property/ assets/ dispute resolutions/ contracts, regulatory and governance matters.

No of positions	01	Age limit	40-65 years
Qualification and experience	LLB from hec recognized institute. Higher degree I law along with working experience with large enterprise as legal advisor/ consultant will be preferred. Valid registration as an advocate in high court is must strong written & verbal communication skills and must be well versed in use of technology /IT tools. Minimum 10 years practicing experience. Experience of Supreme Court will be considered/ as an added advantage. Candidate must have experience of corporate laws, preparing constitutional petitions (fundamental rights,) libel and defamation, criminal, civil, labor, and recovery cases.
Compensation	Fixed negotiable monthly package along with TA/ DA. If applicable to attend case outside station. The candidate will also be allowed to continue his practice, without affecting the interests of company.
Term & conditions	01.    Only short listed candidates will be called for test/ interview. 02.    No TA/ DA shall be admissible for interviews.
