Under an agreement signed between the Governing Body of Workers Welfare Fund, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of Pakistan and Pakarab Fertilizers Limited, a welfare board by the name of “Mukhtar A, Sheikh Memorial Welfare Hospital-Workers Welfare Board” was established as a Public-Private partnership for the construction of Mukhtar A. Sheikh Memorial Welfare Hospital, Multan. The hospital will provide medical and health facilities to the local and surrounding communities.
The hospital is looking for suitable candidates to oversee the project. Employees will be offered fixed salary package and benefits initially on the contract of 2 years. If needed the contract will be extendable till the completion of the project.
DAE Mechanical / 5 years of construction experience for multi-storied building / hospital / Hotel
· Responsible for checking BOQs and able to verify all bills of contractors
· Ensure that construction is progressing as per approved version of drawings and specification
· Remain on site and supervise the construction activities with safety
· Responsible for checking all materials for quality and quantity on site and proper installation
· Can read HVAC & Mechanical drawings coordinate with Civil, Electrical and Bio-medical sections
· Familiar with technical codes and local rules and regulation
Salaries Per Month: Rs. 25,000/-
