Under an agreement signed between the Governing Body of Workers Welfare Fund, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of Pakistan and Pakarab Fertilizers Limited, a welfare board by the name of “Mukhtar A, Sheikh Memorial Welfare Hospital-Workers Welfare Board” was established as a Public-Private partnership for the construction of Mukhtar A. Sheikh Memorial Welfare Hospital, Multan. The hospital will provide medical and health facilities to the local and surrounding communities.
The hospital is looking for suitable candidates to oversee the project. Employees will be offered fixed salary package and benefits initially on the contract of 2 years. If needed the contract will be extendable till the completion of the project.
B.Sc. Mechanical / 10-15 years of construction experience for multi-storied buildings / hospitals
· Ensure that project designs are fit to purpose such as performance and cost as well as technical, regularity, environmental, commercial, safety with operation and maintenance requirements
· Monitor quality, timeline, and cost of work performed. Provide oversight of engineering consultant and contractor
· Responsible for checking of BOQ, design and checking of all materials on site for quality, also responsible for timely completion and checking all design
· Must be fully conversant with technical code and standard such as NFPA, ASHARE, ASTM etc.
· Should be able to verify all bills of contractor for payment
· In view of energy conservation, must have knowledge of building management system to monitor and control HVAC function
Salaries Per Month: Rs. 110,000/-
