Job Profile:

Responsible for working within SNL Financial’s Corporate Planning & Support organization.   The Associate will support the delivery of related corporate programs and processes that support various stakeholders and standardized workflows.  The Associate will coordinate resources, improve workflow processes, and maintain collaborative team environments to accomplish meeting all goals.

Specific Accountabilities

For this Position Are As Follows:
1.   Research, define, coordinate, and maintain corporate best practices and industry standards to provide more consistent and reliable project costs and delivery.
2.   Act as a liaison between the departments and stakeholders to keep everyone informed and focused on key projects.
3.   Provide administrative support to stakeholders to maximize business workflows
To effectively Accomplish These, Responsibilities Will Include:
o   Research and confirm programs within the designated schedule and budget constraints
o   Maintains central point of record for programs and coordinates dependencies
o   Coordinate and support all program logistics.  For example, for meetings - this includes catering, meeting logistics, meeting materials, etc.
o   Provide support to stakeholders, including coordination of travel, accommodations and technical assistance
o   Works collaboratively with various internal departments to establish clear stakeholder expectations to ensure all deliverables are completed on-time
o   Efficiently identifies project issues/risks and solves project issues
o   Works with or leads cross-team stakeholders involved in an assigned project and completes tasks for successful project completion
Communicates program statuses and updates on regular frequency to the organization

Education: 

·          Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, English, Communications or a relevant field preferred, but not required if comparable work experience is established.

Work Experience: 

·          1 to 3 years of experience in a project management or executive support capacity required.
·          Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, resources and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
·          Demonstrated interest in business development / growth strategies.

Evening- (1400-2300 PST)
