Jobs Description: •Maintain employee attendance and Leave record as per policy on ERP and manually as well •Handling employee database (both in Soft Form and File Management) •Placing job adds in newspaper, job portal, and online groups and on social media •Identify and generate potential resources for recruitment •Initial short listing as per job/position description and specifications •Prepare offer and appointment letter for successful candidates •Provide orientation for new employees •Assist payroll, annual appraisal, preparing reports and employee letters •Handling all queries of the employees, related to salaries, leaves, attendance and transfer etc •Candidate must have Applicable Knowledge of IR and ER •Need to deal with EOBI, ESSI, Insurance and other benefits to Employees •Listening to employees grievances and implementing disciplinary actions if necessary after consultation with the Manager •Also expected to explain various policies, strategies and benefits to employees and our valuable clients as well •Exit Interviews and full and final settlement •Should motivate employees on day-to-day basis Skills Required: •Must have a “Can Do Attitude” to meet tight deadlines •Strong Knowledge of Current HR Practices •Excellent Computer Skills i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, •Good Professional Presentation Skills •Excellent Interpersonal & Organizational Skills •Excellent written and Spoken English Language/ Communication Skills, ability to deal people politely, •Must have Customer Oriented approach | |
