Education: DAE (Mechanical)
Experience: Atleast 3 years in CNC
Job Summary:
To control the production processes of Panel Welding through effective planning, housekeeping and coordination with concerned workshops. To ensure that a fault free product would be offered to I & QC department.
Job Responsibilities:
1. To ensure that the daily production targets are met effectively according to the monthly production plan.
2. To understand CNC Programming for conversion of CAD Drawings to CAM software.
3. To provide production material and cutting vouchers to the workers for timely execution of work.
4. To provide raw material to external /internal vendors and keep its record.
5. To fill daily wages register.
6. Coordination with I & QC personnel for product inspection.
7. To ensure discipline, impressive housekeeping and safe working environment of workshops.
8. To ensure compliance of QMS activities in production areas.
