Description
Visibility is a key strategic focus area for Ice Cream and is a crucial component of market development. This position covers all visibility aspects of the ice cream business (OOH, In-store, Shop Fascias etc).
Key Objectives of the Job
The visibility manager is fully responsbile for the creation, execution and monitoring of the Ice Cream visibility strategy. The candidate is expected to work closely with the brand teams to understand the brand/category objectives and is close coordination with field team and 3P service provider to ensure flawless execution. Perfect Store Compliance (Unilever's Global Visibility Program) is a key deliverable for this role. The position has 4 direct reports based out of the regional sales offices who liase with the field to ensure connectivity with the market.
Key Responsibilities
Developing the overall Visibility Strategy for Ice Cream based on business requirement, Defining the objectives and scope of various visibility tools (ROI analysis), Business planning (Budgeting, impact on sales because of visiblity), coordination with Field Team to meet visibility requirements to counter competition, coordination with 3P service provider to ensure all business plans pertaining to visibility are executed flawlessly.

Minimum Requirements
Masters in Marketing.
Number of Years of Experience
3 to 4 years of visibility or merchandizing experience.
