    Job Description:
    • Produce business from existing and new customers as per assigned target; individually and team
    • Keep association with pre and post sales for finalizing solutions in accordance with Marketing team
    • Follow-up critical service issues
    • Keep strong management nerves for issue resolution with relevant teams for ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
    • Ensure real sales, revenue and retention as per assigned target
    • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding to sales, revenue and invoice clearance
    • Coordinate with billing and receivables department to resolve billing related issues
    • Analyze competitors and their offerings
    • Renew / amend contracts and handle signoffs
    Essential Skills:
    • Must possess good analytical skills
    • Must be proficient in operating MS Office Suite
    • Should have good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
