Cargo Manager Jobs in Emirates Airlines

The Position:• 
To create maximum awareness in the market, achieve performance and budget objectives and establish and maintain high standards of service to customers according to company procedures and policies. Responsible for the control of export and import cargo operations within the territory. 
•Develop Emirates SkyCargo products and services to ensure maximum uplifts of cargo in order to achieve stations revenue, tonnage and yield targets. 
•Continuously monitor market trends, compile cargo related statistical information, provide feedback and recommend sales policies to headquarters through Cargo Manager — Pakistan to the Regional Manager Cargo Commercial to assist in planning and implementing an effective marketing strategy
•Recommend, implement and effectively control local market pricing within the parameters of authority from the Cargo Manager - Pakistan / Headquarters, in order to achieve and contribute towards route and points of sale revenue, tonnage and yield objectives. 
•Plan, develop, direct and control Cargo Services within the territory (including Road Feeder Services) to maintain and promote EK sales and image. 
•Research, plan and develop the station cargo services in order to assist headquarters in development and enhancement of EK distribution logistics. 
•Continuously review and develop product quality against specifications to enhance customer loyalty. 
•Manage cargo employees in compliance with corporate / local regulations, policies and procedures to ensure the maintenance of a disciplined, skilled and motivated work force with effective utilisation of human and material resources to pro-actively achieve cargo objectives.

Experience and Qualifications: Graduate preferably specialising in Marketing. A minimum of 10 years experience in the airline industry with at least 5years experience in cargo operations/sales and marketing at a senior level. Should have experience in a strategic marketing planning role at a corporate level with experience in developing and implementing such market development strategies for cargo. 

In-depth knowledge of all aspects of sky cargo products, services and processes, air cargo sales, global distribution systems, logistics and supply chain management

Good communication skills (written and verbal) and Interpersonal skills. 

Preferred Additional Qualification: 
Must have the right to live and work in Pakistan. The company will not provide or assist with obtaining work permits.
