Job Description
- Review and draft various Agreements, MOU and financing documents
- Review/draft letters and notices related to Contractual issues
- Endorse the reviewed agreements
- Draft and present legal opinions for all contractual matters to various departments
- Research all legal matters and draft memos
- Manage Contracts as and when required
