Job Description:

As a part of the Finance Department you will share the following responsibilities;
  • Maintain a CAPEX function in compliance with PM policies and procedures as well as with statutory requirements and regulations
  • Carry out business analysis and to support management decision making
  • Ensure timely, accurate and complete reporting of all CAPEX budgets and all other reporting requirements to the region or PMI.
  • Control and analyze investment spending from a business and economic point of view in order to ensure effective budget management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely projects tracking report including actual-budget comparisons and reconciliation besides communicating with the project owner on project status.
Qualification & Experience:
  • Minimum Master of Business Administration (Finance preferred)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Finance or Operations experience
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Ability to coordinate with both internal / external parties
  • Ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing work situations and technology
  • Integrity, honesty, respect for others, pursuer of excellence and innovation
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, SAP & GMRB
  • Should be proficient in spoken and written English
