Principal Accountabilities:
- Schedule & control Warehouse Management (One SAP) in warehouses in factory
- Responsible for all warehouse management activities related to Goods Receipt, Put Away, Replenishment, Staging, Returns from Production, Returns to Supplier and Bin to Bin Transfer
- Will be solely responsible for Goods Receipt activities. Will perform goods receipt activities himself with reference to an inbound delivery number or Via Stock Transfer Order
- Provide full support to One SAP Project activities in Operations warehouse to ensure timely and successful completion activities before Go Live of One SAP
- Monitor and ensure the compliance of warehouse management activities to provide update to factory logistics team
- Provide support to warehouse staff in scanning, bin to bin transfers etc. Understand key data requirements for warehouse management views in SAP and perform quality checks related to data
- Provide support to Warehouses Officers to ensure Warehouse Management system is working as per desired functionality
- Ensure, Comply and Follow NO SCAN NO MOVE Principle.
Essential requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- MBA / Diploma in Engineering Preferred or minimum Graduation (B.A) with 1-2 years’ experience of warehouse Operations preferred
- Working experience of ERP/SAP is mandatory at least 2 years minimum
- Should be self-motivated and possess initiative, drive and leadership abilities to lead a team with Decision Making as well as Resource Management skills.
- Should exhibit leadership and conflict management skills.
