- Develop and implement HR Policies and Organizational Development Plans.
- Direct his team and provide coaching to help them to reach their potentials.
- Guide the management in developing compensation packages for various positions.
- Under all circumstances maintain high degree of confidentiality and trust worthiness.
Qualification and Experience:
- Must have MBA degree from a reputable university.
- Seven to ten years of Pharmaceutical or related Industry experience.
