Branch Manager will be responsible for planning, developing & managing the branch and implementing business initiatives towards achieving profitable growth in line with assigned business and profitability targets. The incumbent will be able to cater the diversified needs of customers and ensure excellent service quality & consistency in delivery to customers. The incumbent will manage customer relationship to meet high service standards and strive for accomplishing excellence in implementing sales/service and operational processes in compliance with KBL policies and SBP regulations.

Candidate Profile - Branch Manager:
-   Preferably Masters Degree in Business Administration/ Commerce/ Accounting/Finance/ Economics from HEC recognized university.
-   Possess 3-5 years of experience as Relationship Manager / Branch Manager / Team Lead / Operations Manager with sound knowledge of all aspects of General Banking and Retail & Credit operations.
-  Must be goal orientated and results driven.
-  Skilled in business planning, retail banking, customer service, distribution and sales practices.
-  Customer focused with strong communication, analytical, teamwork and leadership skills.
-  Preferably be less than 35 years of age.
