General Manager Audit
The position shall be responsible for planning and performing risk based audits on group operations. The position holder shall implement the annual audit plan, as approved, including & as appropriate, any special tasks/ assignments/ projects assigned by the management.
The candidate must be CA.
With minimum 5 years working experience in similar capacity.
Must be able to deliver value added audit recommendations.
The candidate must possess strong analytical skills with aptitude for details and internal control.
Prior experience of sugar sector shall be added advantage.
General Manager Purchase
A hands on position that requires extensive experience and knowledge of procurement locally as well as imports of raw materials, components, equipment & machines for huge industrial & engineering manufacturing setup including mills.
B.Sc mechanical engineer with finance background OR MBA (Finance) with engineering background.
Minimum required experience is 12-15 years in the field of relevant industrial & engineering procurement.
The incumbent should be fully conversant with suppliers/ vendors identification, evaluation, registration process, rate running contracts, monitoring & knowledge of import is also essential.
Civil Engineer:
DAE/ BE/ B.Sc. (Civil).
Candidate must have 5 years working experience in civil works, construction/ finishing of buildings.
Must have auto cad knowledge.
Able to estimate cost and understand drawings for all types of constructions.
Admin Manager:
MBA/ MPA/ BBA.
Having 5 to 10 years working experience in similar capacity.
Strong interpersonal skills to implement admin/ HR policies and can maintain employee records.
Preference shall be given to those having sugar industry experience.
Farm Manager:
- B.Sc (Hons.) Agriculture.
- 10 years working experience in similar capacity.
- Age 30-50 years.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills with proven track record.
