Assistant Directors Internal Audit / Compliance Jobs in State Bank

The incumbents would be responsible including but not limited to:

Identify and select necessary record/files for audit and study whether the respective SOPs have been followed.

Prepare requisitions for obtaining necessary records/files/register from concerned quarters.

Identify/record findings and irregularities detected from the requisite record after thorough examination/scrutiny.

Summarize observations/findings highlighting the areas of irregularities and non-compliance and prepare draft memo containing the nature and cause of discrepancies and the remedial measures to remove the irregularities.

Prepare audit memo containing details of findings/irregularities of audited department with recommendations and guideline to regularize the position as per prescribed rules/ regulations.

Maintain record of memo issued to concerned quarters for correspondence reference and compile record of replies to audit memos received from concerned department.

Compile Audit Report and prepare draft paragraphs of audit report of respective department containing detailed findings based on the audit of the concerned department and submit the same for the approval of the Team leader.

Actively participate in standardization of working papers of IA&CD and time to time up-gradation.

Eligibility Criteria
Education • Deputy Director (OG3): CA (Finalist) or ACMA and for Assistant Director (OG2) CA (Intermediate) /ACMA (Finalist) / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or a related discipline from HEC recognized University.

•    Additional qualification as CIA/CISA/CISSP/FRM/CFA will be preferred.

Age   
• Deputy Director (OG3) maximum 35 and Assistant Director (OG2) maximum 31 years. Relaxation

may be allowed in case of highly qualified and more experienced candidates.

Experience • Deputy Director (OG3) must have at least 05 years and Assistant Director (OG-2) must have at least 03 years experience in an audit / inspection department preferably with a Bank / financial institution or Chartered Accountant’s Firm. Relaxation may be allowed for candidates having versatile experience or higher qualification.

Compensation • Market based negotiable salary package within approved salary scale commensurate with the Package    experience and qualifications of the candidate.

•    Staff Loans & other benefits, facilities and allowances as admissible under New Compensation & Benefits Structure as per SBP rules.
