(i)Delivering the PiB Group agenda and KPIs for the region
(ii)Ensuring SCB offers a differentiated, best-in-class, consistent proposition across the PiB customer segment
(iii)Assisting product and segment teams in cross-sell management and data-mining for cross-sell opportunities

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Operationalize Priority Banking CVP 
-Work with the segment to ensure that Priority Banking CVP is being implemented at the Branch and RM level as per target operating model
-Ensure ground-level execution of service standards and initiatives
-Closely engage stakeholders within Distribution to deliver on aligned agenda
-Facilitate in Customer complaints management and escalation of systemic issues to PIB

Manage Priority Banking Channel 
-Manage Priority RMs and ensure standardized delivery of Priority CVP and service
-RM portfolio reviews in addition to strategies to increase segment revenue and product penetration
-Regular branch visits to support execution and ensure consistency of practices
-Execution per Segment-specified hiring and development practices
-Coach & discipline RM Operating Rhythm
-Collaborate with Distribution on capacity planning, deployment, orientation, P3, RM PIP, hiring and exiting decisions
-Collaborate with HR and CB Academy on development plan & practices (qualification, training and certification , career roadmap & Inter-segments promotion criteria)
-Scorecard strategic thresholds & Sales campaigns
-Execute sales plans and sales campaigns
-Lead & manage daily, weekly and monthly sales performance
-Sales leads and Relsoft management

Coach & discipline RM Operating Rhythm 
-One-on-one sessions with RMs and attending customer meetings with RMs, provide coaching to RMs on:
oSoft skills, grooming and etiquette
oSales management, pipeline management and sales discipline
oSCB Way implementation & tracking

Product and Service Briefing to RMs 
-Brief the RMs in new product and service launches guided by the Product and Segment teams
-Work with product teams to prepare new product launches to present to RMs including developing approaches for using new products within the branch banking process

Compliance and Control 
-Aware of all policies, procedures and regulations issued in relation to Priority segment, money laundering prevention and treating customers fairly
-Ensure ongoing compliance with policies, procedures and regulations
-Spot checks on RMs to ensure compliance

Qualifications & Skills
Fundamental 
-Masters Degree with 6-10 years relevant experience in banking or financial sector(G5 / G6 or equivalent)

Functional 
-In-depth knowledge of banking products and financial markets
-Possess sales management and team management experience in order to lead a team to consistently deliver performance

Personal 
-Outstanding ability to provide leadership, guidance and inspiration to RMs, customers and other partners
-Strong sense of self motivation and discipline in execution
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes
-Ability to network with internal and external business stakeholders
