Candidate responsible for 

  • maintaining and updating complete record & files of all postgraduate trainees of internal medicine and sub-specialties
  • assisting programme directors in the recruitment of postgraduate trainees
  • scheduling of the Postgraduate Committee meeting and recording of minutes
  • preparing and circulating monthly evaluation forms to faculties and maintaining an updated record
  • maintaining leave record and leave application forms of all postgraduate trainees
  • assisting in the arrangement of in-service exam and teaching sessions
  • arrangement & installation of audio visual equipment’s for the meeting / teaching sessions
  • coordinate with other department of AKU for official activities
  • issuing pager to postgraduate trainees, maintaining an updated record of pagers
  • coordinate annual appraisals of postgraduate trainees and medical officers
  • perform routine task given by the assigned faculty members and supervisor.

Requirements 
  • A Graduate degree, Masters will be preferred;
  • 5 years of related work experience;
  • Good interpersonal communication skills;
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Ability to work under pressure
